ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

The Federal Leadership Institute utilizes the six system process of Organizational Effectiveness to design solutions that enhance an organization’s ability to achieve its goal. FLI coaches companies on their path to success by providing a thorough plan that adjusts to changing circumstances and increases measurable results. We work towards developing custom programs to target your most pressing challenges.

CONFLICT COACHING

Serious conflicts can cost organizations money and disrupt productivity. Effective early intervention in the form of conflict coaching stops the financial and human burden. Conflict Coaching assists with specific situations of conflicts, builds conflict handling skills, relies on individual accountability, and is utilized pre-mediation and post-mediation. This course reviews why conflict coaching is valuable, the circumstances and conditions it is most effective, the nature and definition of the coaching relationship, the conflict coaching agreement, and the importance of confidentiality throughout the process.
